Exchange is applicable when you received defective contacts, and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method.

Return

For orders after they've been shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted, excluding shipping.
Returned contacts must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
Return must be requested within 7 days after received.
Color Contacts For Astigmatism / Toric Color Contacts are not allowed for return as it is custom made upon order.
